Our company and staff are committed to doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of our clients, our workers, their families, and the community. With that being said, we have and will continue to make modifications to our workplace practices and interactions with our customers.  Safety is of utmost importance to us at Lineberger's Tree Service.

We are fortunate that our work is primarily outside, and we can implement the current recommendations of the CDC, TCIA, ISA, and OSHA for our workplace and still be able to conduct business. As those recommendations change, our practices will adjust as well.

We are currently asking our clients to help us protect you, our staff, and the community by participating in the following practices:

  • Before an appointment, please mark the trees in question with a ribbon, or whatever you have handy.

  • Please practice social distancing by keeping 6 feet away.

  • If you are able, please be prepared to use Face Time, Google duo, or a similar feature to help the arborist understand your tree care and landscape needs.

  • In general, you do not need to be present when the crew arrives. (We will notify you if this is not the case.)

  • If you are home when the crew arrives, it is OK to stay in your house. If the arborist or crew leader has any questions, they will call you. Please be prepared to answer the phone if they do call.

MULCH ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: We are requesting that you provide all instructions via phone or online using our contact us page. We request you do not come out to interact with our driver upon arrival. We will provide you an electronic estimate for approval in advance of your delivery including all special instructions. Following your delivery, we will then forward an electronic invoice with a payment link for you to pay online if possible. Please do not offer a check to the driver. If you do need to interact with the driver, please practice social distancing by maintaining a distance of 6 feet.

Again, we want to thank you for your cooperation as we collectively face this national pandemic. It is our goal to ensure that we keep our employees, our customers, their families, and our communities safe and successfully weather this storm as a small business in the meantime. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Thank you in advance for your sacrifice for the greater good as well.

Blessings,

Brent and Beverly Lineberger
