Aroborist Representative 

We are currently searching for an Arborist Representative in a consulting and sales role. Any prospective individual should be able to demonstrate a successful track record selling and managing quality work, and be an ISA Certified Arborist with a minimum of four years working in the industry and two years selling to residential customers. The position will be commission based on sales with performance incentives, so a motivated and experienced individual can earn a generous salary working in the local area.

Position requirements:

  • ISA Certification
  • Degree and/or Credible Experience in Forestry, Arboriculture, or related field
  • Hands on knowlegdge of trees, insects, and diseases
  • Strong listening skills
  • Excellent abiltiy to follow through on projects and commitments
  • Clean Driver's License
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong sense of safety
  • Strong leadership

Crew Member / Driver

We are currently seeking to add/hire a motivated outdoorsman to an existing experienced tree care crew. Driver's license with a good driving record is a must and CDL must be obtained within the first 45 days of employment. Applicants must be dependable, drug free, safety conscience, willing to learn, a team player, and a legal US citizen.


Prior experience with chainsaws, tree climbing, tractors/bobcats, chippers, loaders, dump trucks, cranes, bucket trucks and other heavy equipment is a definite plus...but not necessarily required. Mechanicing skills will be looked at very highly. If you are willing to learn and can contribute to a seasoned, experienced crew then we are willing to teach you. Medical benefits are available. We offer a great working, family atmosphere.

Supervisor Crew Leader 

We have an immediate opening for a Supervisor Crew Leader. Any prospective individual should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work with sales representatives, management and work crews to maintain a cost efficient, professional operation.  ISA Certification preferred but not mandatory.​​

Responsibilities:

​   Operations

  • Coordinates crew makeup, equipment, tools and supplies in such a way as to complete all jobs efficiently, correctly and profitably.
  • Keeps representative informed of all changes in status of crew members or equipment.
  • Establishes and monitors systems to insure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment and facilities.
  • Responsible for the prompt dispatch of crews and other labor-related cost savings.

   Safety

  • Knows all company safety regulations, teaches them to all crew members and insists on 100% compliance.
  • Instructs employees how to operate all equipment and use materials safely.
  • Knows basic first aid procedures and insures that first aid equipment is on the job at all times.
  • Fills out accident reports promptly and completely when needed and investigates cause(s) of accidents.

   Efficiency and Cost Control

  • Studies and determines most efficient way to handle each job, taking into account such factors as location, season, crew availability, equipment, material, etc.
  • Knows how to use and transport materials and chemicals to avoid waste.
  • Controls productivity of each crew member and utilizes each tool and piece of equipment to its fullest.
  • Keeps non-chargeable hours and overtime to a minimum.

   Equipment, Materials and Supplies

  • Assure there are sufficient, appropriate materials and equipment to do the job.
  • Is accountable for all tools, equipment, safety devices, materials and supplies.
  • Knows proper and complete operation of each piece of equipment, sees that the crew uses the right equipment for each job.

  • Conducts him/her self and their crews properly in order to make a good impression on clients, the general public and others who observe the crews job. 
  • Possesses pride of workmanship and instills it in his/her crew.
  • Speaks positively about the work, the client and the company. All problems shall be discussed with management in confidence.
